Born and raised in Needham, Ben is a custom builder by trade. With 40+ homes under his belt, Ben has built all over metro-west. With a youthful swagger, tireless work ethic and a sharp wit, he is determined to turn Octavian Development into the Boston Area's premiere residential real estate developer & luxury home builder.
Victor Sulkowski
Project Manager
Before joining Octavian, Victor worked as a carpenter across Metro-West, and he continues to manage his family's farm in Sudbury. He has passion for building effective and resilient systems that enhance the capacity of Octavian to serve customers and advance to construction industry in innovative ways.
Nicole Shkolnikov
Interior Designer
With an eye for the extraordinary, Nicole works alongside designers to create unique, breathtaking homes. Whether it be indoor or out, designing spaces that are not only functional but esthetically pleasing is her top priority.
Tom Sharp

Originally from New York, Tom brought his logistics and event planning talents to the Octavian team in August of 2023. Tom prides himself on being detailed oriented and ensuring the needs of our team, and most importantly our clients, are met with exceeding expectations.
