With a youthful swagger, tireless work ethic and a sharp wit, he is determined to turn Octavian Development into the Boston Area's premiere residential real estate developer & luxury home builder.

With an eye for the extraordinary, Nicole works alongside designers to create unique, breathtaking homes. Whether it be indoor or out, designing spaces that are not only functional but esthetically pleasing is her top priority.
